in high rpms it feels like my transmission just falls out of gears and sometimes it does what could this be from?

i dunno its hard as hell to explain i have a 92 vx with a 95 b18c1

when in high rpms like 5k+ especially in 3rd it feels like it comes right out with out the clutch being in

 

Does it actually come out of gear, or does it just "feel" like it does? What noises, if any, does it make?

 

no noise it came out once but it feels like its going to all the time

 

Describe *exactly* what the car does when this happens. Speed, RPMs, noise, ect...

ok i drove it at likke 7-8k rpms it feels like its sliding out of gear also my clutch grabs high no noises or anything (maybe cause its loud in my car)
