What are the differences and benefits of each? Does anyone rock the reds? The only difference that i can see that is listed is that the yellows are adjustable?

by the time you add up the price of yellows and good sleeve type coil overs. you have yourself a nice high quailty/performance true coil over setup

btw, i have yellows and H&R springs

after driving zeal b6. i want to upgrade my suspension

Both the Koni Reds and Yellows are adjustable. The Yellows are externally adjustable (via a **** on top of the shock). The Reds have to be removed from the car and compressed to adjust them.
