Will this fit LHD USDM cars?

I know the console won't, but will the following items fit:

Does anyone know?

Everything will fit except for the cigarette lighter and ashtray.

Ok, thanks Reid, boy you're up late? But it just seems that the lighter/ashtray are just reversed, same with the hazard button and rear window defroster on the HVAC control.

Since the lighter and ashtray are reversed, the mounting brackets are also reversed and will only work on a RHD dashboard.
