Default Smog failed - results inside, need suggestions!

I've already smogged my car twice and failed both times. I'm about to do it again tomorrow and hopefully i'll get lucky, but I wanted some feedback first about what should be done.
1st test
15mph
%co2 14.5
%o2 0.1

MAX/AVE/MEAS
HC 90 12 129
CO 0.54 0.05 0.48
NO 1016 74 618
FAIL

25mph
%co2 14.7
%o2 0.0
MAX/AVE/MEAS
HC 56 5 49
CO 0.53 0.02 0.21
NO 876 78 116
PASS

2nd test
15mph
%co2 15.0
%o2 0.1
MAX/AVE/MEAS
HC 90 12 90
CO 0.54 0.05 0.08
NO 915 74 118
PASS

25mph
%co2 14.8
%o2 0.2
MAX/AVE/MEAS
HC 56 5 77
CO 0.53 0.02 0.08
NO 789 78 109
FAIL

Timing was measured both times at 16BTDC.

The changes between the 1st and 2nd tests were a new o2 sensor and catalytic converter.
1st test - fail 15mph due to HC levels, but passed 25mph
2nd test - fail 25mph due to HC levels, but passed 15mph (barely)

The only mods on the car are dc headers and apex-i ws catback exhaust. I drove the crap outta the car before testing both times to heat up the cat. I need suggestions on lowering the HC levels which can be done relatively quickly before I test. Thanks

Erik

Put your stock exhaust manifold back on...it is probably your DC manifold that is making you fail. It happened to me...failed with the DC passed with the stock manifold.

I would, but I dont have it, I bought the car this way. I was just looking for minor things to help and hopefully i'll slide by. If it fails i'm purchasing a stock exhaust manifold.

Here's a followup to the situation:
I tested again today and this time I passed

for those who are wondering:
I filled my tank up halfway with 87 octane gas, and put about a pint of denatured alcohol. It dropped my HC levels just enough to pass

next time retard the timing a few degrees.......that always lowers HC counts and NOx as well........

I had this problem about a month ago. I got a bottle of 104+ octane booster & drove the car for about 2 hrs before the state inpection. The Integra passed with no problems after that.
