Compression tested in the high 200's!
I just tested my compression with the $25 compression tester they sell at Autozone.
#1 - 260
#2 - 270
#3 - 280
#4 - 290
I'm running a B18C1 w/p73 pistons. (Not sure if they're USDM or JDM) I haven't really heard of anyone having compression this high before. I saw on c-speed racing's compression test how-to they show a car running 11.6:1cr and hitting 250. According to c-speed racing's compression calculator my car has either 10.8:1cr or 11.36:1cr depending on wether my pistons are JDM or USDM. Is my compression test numbers too high? Is that even possible? Anyone have any thoughts or input? I just rebuilt my motor about 7,000 miles ago, if it has any bearing on anything. Thanks in advance.
Edit: Fixed my links, and my spelling.

wow, nice compression! i tested my stock cx motor and had 90,110,110,90. i guess my motor is a lil tired. ur numbers sounds about right.
thats ridiculous. re-do your compression test... those #s are not normal. you might be cranking it too much. go to http://www.cspeedracing.com to get an idea of how to do it properly.
