yea bling bling is right. must have been done afterwords cus it looks like he has some kind of starbge enblem or usmthing on the wheel too. Maybe im seeing things

Probably a "dealer option." In other words, no they were not a honda option.

 

I remember back in 94 when they first came out i asked about that. It was a factory option at $250 per wheel extra. And no i didn't get it.

 

that was probably a dealer option and not an acura factory option. You can chrome or powder coat anything if you wanted to pay. That particular dealer probably offerred to send it out for you for a fee.

 

Most likely a dealer option.
