Default Going rate for '99 LS?

I located an Integra for sale that would be perfect for me for a daily driver. Im curious as to what you guys think is a fair price for it.
1999 LS 4 Door Automatic.
Immaculate condition inside and out, Red Exterior, kind of a grey clothe interior
38,000 miles one owner, all mainteneance records etc.

The car is at a local Dealership on consighnment from the owner. It's been there a while and they are ready and willing to work w/ me on the price. What do you all think it's worth?
Thanks for any info!
M

Where at in CO are you? My brother is selling his 95 black RS 5-speed, great for a daily beater. Engine and runs strong, no problems (changes oil all the time) -

You might go nuts going from an ITR to an automatic LS... hehe

Have you considered an older TL or a CL? It would be a little more plush for daily driving, and you can leave the A/C on all the time during the summer. A/C + I4 =

Cool, thanks for the info everyone. I drove the LS and I like it alot, I often get sick of driving the R 60 miles round trip to work everyday. My old COmmuter was an '86 Olds, so anything is an upgrade from that
Thanks again.
I may try lowballing the dealer and see if I can get ahold of the LS for somewhere under 12K.
How much is your brother selling the 95 RS for?

I will check with him today to find out how much he wants for his RS... I think he wants about 5 for it.
