You guys who have Spoon replica mirrors! Did you apply anything for leaks?

Just like the topic says.
Are you guys applying any permanet flexible sealant to the mirrors?
The foam on the OEM mirrors is not coming off and there is NOTHING on the Spoon replicas to prevent air / water leaks. I picked some stuff up from Wal-Mart that I am most likely going to use to seal them up.
I'll post pics after I install them!
I my install them w/o the sealer to make sure they fit fine (probably won't take them back if I seal them and they don't fit properly) and see if they'll even need sealer for air / water leaks.....
