my cars red, but bumper turns black in the rain
wen it rains i get a black coating on the bumper..is this carbon build up, or is it from buring oil,and how do i get this to stop happening. i have some minor mods on the motor, but it has an S- load of miles on it....i am puttin in a vafc,will that help me solve my problem at all
