Good Valves?

What are the best valves to get. For the B16A2 Engine. I have been looking at skunk2 internals, I dont want to get too crazy getting Mugen or anything. Any Suggestions would be nice. Thanks

What is the diffrence in stages with cam shafts

It really depends on what you are going to do with the motor. Are you going to boost it or stay NA? If you plan to stay NA, you might want to get ITR intake valves. I just ordered my set. A large group of people like them. Do a search, there are plenty of topics on them. On an NA motor, bigger valves don't necessarily mean more power. On boosted cars, thats a different story.
