Question on: C-West Front Bumper?

Does anyone know, if the C-West Front Bumper has a underside section on it? For example, the Mugen Bumber has what I'm concerned about. Observe the picture provided:

Plus: Please, post images if you have any of the underside of the C-West bumper!

they sell a metal undertray that fits the c-west bumper. there was a post on it. it looks nice....but not anything you would want to drive on the street.
