How do I change the headlight bulbs in a 2000 civic ex...

Easy, just pull out the plug, on the drivers side you will need to pull up the power steering pump resivoir first...

 

Just play with it...You'll get to see how to do it.

 

For the driver side pull the power steering reservoir out of the way. Unplug the headlight harness, take out the rubber boot then unhook the metal clip that holds the bulb in place. For the passenger side is easier because you got more room to work.
