All you need is the mast, your stock antenna round plastic thing, and the kit that RStoR sells

 

my antenna is bent pretty bad.. almost looks like its going to fall off... rather get s2k antenna.. than a stock one... dont matter if stations come in clearly 95% of the time im listening to cds

 

do they make a block off plate for the ITR? when i had my civic i was gonna get one. cause 99% of the time my antenna was all the way down. and just like you i always listen to cds

 

you have to take off the .org.jpg or .gif.

Hey, have faith. It's not hard if you do things one at a time. Just prep with the right materials and tools, and follow the directions.

Works great for me. All you have to do is add some home stereo antenna wire to the bottom of the adapter you make.

I also have the S2000 antenna. I bought the kit from rstor as well and I have absolutely no problems. I do live 40 minutes outside of Boston but I always have perfect reception.

The install was so easy if you follow the directions. The longest part I found was taking the collar off the stock antenna. It is screwed in quite a bit. I am happy with my reception and new clean look.

i got mine from that show boy RStoR and mine works fine...

 

only thing i had trouble with was getting the silver lock off. I scratched my paint all arounf the antenna

 

thats sad it works better on your ITR, then on my car that it actually came with

ive seen the conversion done with the insight antenna also, and it looked pretty good. anyone have pics?

 

I'm putting my stock antenna back on tomorrow. I tried everything to get radio to come in, wires, etc. nothing worked.
