h23 h22 setup????

has anyone done a h22 h23 setup , and if so tell me what it involes and is it expensive??

It's best to use the h23 crank and rods in a h22 block, it already has the oil squirters. You should see an improvement in torque due to the extra displacement like an ls/vtec
