Ive owned the car for a little over a year now. 330 is the most miles ive achieved
. I think I may have been able to go more but didnt wanna risk it and took this pic at the gas station. btw I just got my g2 from ups today.I used to have this POS generic intake that used to wobble around. Recently threw the crap out and purchased a polished AEM short ram, which is the only engine mod I have as of now.
so how many miles do you guys get on average?
EDIT: damn picture.. doesnt wanna show!

For the most part I usually shift at 3K. Theres no reason to push on daily driving... unless im late
I too put in about 10 Gallons.. and I guess 2-3 gallons are in the reserve..
okay for those of you who are getting 350+ miles.. how the ****? please share

I always get 350+ before the light even comes on. I dont drive like a granny, but i dont beat on the car. I put new plug wires and plugs on and i get around 35mpg, usually a little over. Before the new wires i would get 33-34. I also always use 94 octane, nothing else.
I just filled up tongiht, and I got 31.26 MPG. I usually average about that as well. Like fanatic said, you really shouldn't run your car too low on some gas.. It'll pick up the trash in the tank. Also don't fill up your car when a tanker is filling up the station.
yea...bout 220-250...i only hit VTEC 2-3 times a day, rarely take it over 6500rpm, i feel so bad when i shift in the high 7000's
240 when the light comes on.. and thats with my normal p72 ecu
260 when used with P28 stock ECU
160 when used with chipped Mugen P28
All this is done with LS/Vtec with 93 Octane Chevron

I like to rev, and my wallet pays for it.
I don't drive all that fast, but I hit vtec in 1st and second alot, and usually take it pretty high in 3rd when getting on the highway. The only "legal" ways to enjoy vtec.
I figure I would get ~500Kms (maybe a bit more) from full to empty with the driving I do. I usually fill up at a quater tank (~360-370kms). (or if gas is really cheap, I'll take advantage!)
I keep teling myself "No Vtec" for atleast one tank to see what I can do, but It never works.

holy ****, some of you guys get some crazy gas mileage. i usually get about 24-26mpg depending on how i'm driving (usually fairly hard, but i allllways wait for it to warm up).

It's kind of strange. Before the new clutch and flywheel, I would get about 250 with 8-9 gallons in the city. Now, I'm getting about 225 miles from 10 gallons. I wonder what's wrong... I'm still getting 300+ miles from 9-10 gallons on the freeway though.
I usually adverage around 24-26mpg with mixed driving. When I last filled up I had driven 285 miles and I filled up 11.2 gallons of gas. So around 25mpg. Not as good as I would like but I do a ton of driving in traffic and when I get on the interstate I always redline 2nd and 3rd. For a little enging, vtec sucks a hella lot of gas and it doesn't help when the secondaries open and there is now twice as much air being sucked in. But then again that's also why I love my car, I can drive like that all day and I'll still get over 22mpg
I get 25 highway and a lot worse off the highway. I can't tell you exactly 'cuz i don't know. It's not good, but its fun.
it really varies because there are so many factors incl: a/c usage, all city driving, all highway driving, mix of city/highway, long/combined trips, multiple short trips, people in the car, large rims, etc...etc.. endless variables..another HUGE variable is how I feel like driving...
I've gotten as low as 170-190/tank... and I've gotten as high as 365/tank (low fuel light was on for a while... ran it down really low..all highway).... avg is like 220-250/tank because I usually can't help myself and burry the accelerator and run it up to redline...
