it requires some mods, what do you guys reccomend.

The airvents dont line up and the metal bracket needs to be pushed down?

I'm waiting for the smart *** comments instead of helping as usual. Miguel does this...Everyone jocks...Someone else does it...And it's a waste. Some of you lemmings need to wise up.

 

I did it not too long ago.
I just cut the metal support and the plastic ducts w/ a Dremel.
And you will need to do a "little" trimming on the lower right side horizontal edge. You will see what I mean when test fitting it.
Just be sure to put a towel over your shift console and inside the center console to minimize cleanup.

yes PornstarSR did it also he had to cut the vents to make it work, but he didnt install the metal braket

 

ouch so you are basically reducing the usefulness of the center vents. Man i wanted to get this but not if i gotta hack away at the vents like that.

 

Actually you'd be surprised at how well it still flows. I live in Fl. and must have my AC, and I have no complaints so far. Even though it is cool here now, it wasn't when I did this.

 

Everytime I see this "mod" on a Civic, I laugh.

 

And what exactly do you find so amusing about this "mod"??

its that you try to make your center console RHD style, but yet the car is LHD.
the car is a wannabe JDM, not real JDM haha

if you really love and true to JDM, you would get a real JDM RHD car, get it register legit.

 

i have to agree to some point,alot(not everyone) of the people who do these type of things are the same people who talk sh$t about people with body kits and what not.if you define rice as being something thats not performance gaining ,then then would be rice,one point i would like to make..........well,read my signature,it is his car and more power to him.

Well let's see, I basically work my *** off to be able to afford all of the JDM suff that is on my ride. And it isn't all for looks, it is all interior and engine work. Unfortunately a RHD is a little out of the reach for most of us, so we make do w/ what we can. What, are you going to knock on the Spoon tatto that has been on my leg for over 1.5 years now??? Wanna see JDM and Honda loyalty?? Try etching it into your skin.
Plus I am not ambidextrous, I only talk out of my mouth, and then only after a ton of research. Unlike all you haters out there.


And as for the comment Yeah I agree, but check it out. I have never posted a flame on someone just because I didn't like his style, or becasue he ran a body kit. That is the greatest thing, that we can all be individuals. And imitation IS the sincerest from of flattery.

So if all you haters and those that disagree w/ our preference can fathom the amount of money and amount of work we put into finding stuff that is not readily available, maybe then you can appreciate the fact that we don't do this for anyone else, just ourselves. And we take a lot of pride in it.
SO GET OFF OF OUR ASSES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
