Question about putting itr cams in my 00 civic sir
Okay should i get 01 itr cams for my 00 civic sir??? I am also getting the itr valve springs & retainers. How much power would i gain with a i/h/e combo...

You`ll need to get it tuned to really take advantage of those cams. They won`t just "drop in" and make gobbs of power.

Yeah i am planning on tunning it. I just want to know how much power these cams would give me. Including tunning. I was told somewhere between 10-14whp

get some Skunk2 stage I cams...i heard those kick *** and you can run them with your stock drivetrain...but your prolly gonna need some cam gears and a little bit of tuning..im sure the VAFC would work fine
