I want everyone to see this guy for who he is...He talks all about swapping projects and moving up into the race class of street cars and this is the **** he does...If he makes good then all will be settled in the open but for now he is gonna get his name rubbed in the mud...

Sorry to hear you lost money but you should have checked him out first. Next time get some references first before you send out the money. How did you send the money? You should use either P.O.D. or one of those middle man companies (can't think of the name right now) that you send the cash to, and he sends the product to and you can inspect the parts and tell them to send the cash if its ok, or give you back your cash if its not.

if its that much of a situation, and its been more than a few weeks, id say report it to the authorities, if not...give it a little more time and call him...but i agree it shouldnt take that long to ship something

 

I did check him out...He has over 400days on HT...He said some intelligent things and was really involved in the sport we all love...He made it seem like he was trying to be professional about a Front Yard Mechanic Shop and I respect that and promote that...He has many posts on here that are not stupid...I used paypal and am going through the proper procedures for this situation...I buy and sell online all the time and now I feel like an *** for trusting him for one second...The part he was selling is reasonably priced, not a too-good-to-be-true deal...I mean $600 for a Used Performance LS Head with Manifold and TB is not really underpriced to me...It all looks good then this...So, to the top...

You gotta really look into this crap before you send anything out.

 

Yeah, your'e right...Its all on the Buyer to take the neccessary precautions...I had so much going on that I didn't want to waste anytime with this deal...I figured quick and easy for me, not quick and easy scam for him...I was slipping and now its all fucked up...
