WTB: 99+ Si wheels w/tires.
DFW area preferred...
have 14" civic steelies w/ EX hubcaps and two brand new tires to trade + cash (I realize the wheels aren't of any value, but I know some people would like wheels to put on their car if they are selling their only set)
Anybody have any?
