Rear disc brake conversion!

What do i need to do a rear disc brake conversion, getting the parts from a ls.

Its going into a 98 EX

easy get every thing that bolts to the trailing arms(remove all together)5bolts per side and the brake line . also get the ebrake cable total time is 10 min per side with hand tools at a junkyard
