Coilovers are height adjustable, have higher spring rates, corner weighting and the dampers are designed to work with the high spring rates.

Springs are cheaper because they are non adjustable.

Daily driver I would get a nice set of spring (H&R, Eibach, Neuspeed, Spoon)

If you plan on racing go with the Coilovers.

coil overs aren't necessarily better. basically you are paying for the height adjustability.

well.... only if you need to change the height.

think about it. every time you change it you are meant to get a wheel alignment and get the corners weighed....

for daily driving stock springs are best. your question is too vague. the biggest advantage for having coilovers over standard springs is the ability to adjust the height and cornerweigh/balance your car.

Just keep it simple for now and go with a set of good springs and dampers.
