Default What header are you running...and why?

With all of the header threads running around, I'm curious as to what everyone is running, and why you chose your particular header...and if you could do it again what would you choose and why?

Austin - who is just curious

DC JDM 4-1 because the price was right. HyTech or SMSP will probably be my next header when I get some other things sorted out.

JDM DC (stainless)- because it gives the most gains per $.

It's also dented mildly and will remain that way until an unforseeable time in the future.

DC Sports 4-2-1, as it was on the car when I bought it. I have a new JDM OEM 4-1 w/heat shield that has been sitting in my garage for 3 months now, waiting for my Carsound cat. Now that I think of it, I should get off my *** and order it

Type One. It was cheap, and performed about as good as any other header in the great header test, better than the SMS through the midrange on the R they used, at half the price (on sale now for 525 @ R&D)

I have the JDM DC 4-1 SS now cause it is cheap and has some good power. I think I will upgrade to either a Type One or Spoon header coming up next summer

DC JDM 4-1, cause it does what I need it to do and can't beat the price.

JDM DC ceramic. Pricing.

If I could pick any header for the header stork to drop at my front door, I'd be into some Todage.

OEM JDM 4-1 cause it was cheap (I got mine new for $335 shipped) and the ground clearance is better than the DC JDM header. Plus I like the heatshields for stealthiness.

If I were to do it again based on price, weight and power I woudl likely get the Toda 4-2-1.

I think the most important thing everyone will read in this is anyone that knows will be talking about 2.5" collector headers regardless of the brand

Edit: Grammer Hammer - I gotta learn to type

Spoon because...

-Price was a steal at the time I bought it.
-Its design puts together the positives of both 4-2-1 and 4-1 header designs
-The cylinders are paired sequentially just like the Hytech and SMSP.
-Spoon quality and reputation

Which of these headers have ground clearance issues? I know the JDM 4-1 does... Is the Toda header similar to stock? I'm looking in to the whole header/exhaust setup and I don't even want to risk having a header with less ground clearance than stock... I cannot even imagine how pissed off I would be if somehow I scraped the bottom of the header :X

I am running HyTech, because it was one of the header builders who built the type of header I was looking for in my future engine package.

Had I not lived 10 minutes from HyTech I would have likely gone with SMSP's extra long 2-piece.
