Default fried ECU?

During harness installation I accidentally attached my ground that is supposed to go to my thermostat housing to my starter instead I also attached my pos+ batt. connection. After correcting my mistake I tried to start the car but am not getting any spark. Power is available at ICM and coil but no spark at plugs. I have checked all under dash and hood fuses, but can't find any. To see if my ECU is dead I tried a friend's Si computer. No spark while cranking, but when I turn off the key I get one. His ECU says code 20. electrical load?. My ecu light flashes once when key is turned, but thats it no code or anything else Does anybody know whats up?

I just went and checked ecu and now is flashing code #8. thats crank angle sensor right? Would that cause no spark, or just spark at the wrong time?

thanks

Code 0 is for a dead ECU. You probably blew a fuse or the main relay.

i had a blown ecu in my 1998 honda civic and the crank angle sensor code was showing then as well, but changing the ecu for a known good one fixed the problem.

I just tried a friend's 91 Si mpfi ecu and it showed code 20 and still no spark. Is it maybe a harness problem after all? Where would it likely have burned if so ?
