Default Re-built or swap?

Ok guys, i need some help making a decision here. I have a 92 lude with 135k miles and a broken rod. I live in UT and there is not really any place that just does performance upgrads on imports. ( i came from vegas where i had everything done) I want to know if you would rebuilr the H23 or just do a H22 swap?

Keep in mind i would be doing all the work myself except for the machining.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I say do the H22 swap since you aren't around too many performance shops. The H22 swap will yield more gains for less $$$ if you choose to go all motor. Also, you can part out the H23 and use that money toward the purchase of the H22.
That's what I would do.
