Hey, I know some of you are running the bolt on turbo kit made by Greddy on your 5th Gens. I was wondering why its only "recommended" for the 97-99 model Lude (found on Greddy.com)....I've got a 2k Lude and was just wondering about its applications and any problems I would/wouldn't face.

Think it has something to do with changes made after 99 to the ECU fuel maps or something. I'd imagine that it would be easy to get a used 97-99 ECU from anyone who switched to an OBD1 for turbo or whatever tho.

I know that you are asking about a 5th Gen, but for all the 4th Gen owners wondering I was told by Greddy themselves that their kit won't work for our models because there isn't enough room under the hood. Don't know how reliable this information really is, but that's what they told me.
