360cc with smc

hey wassup guys my question is is this enough fuel for 8-10 psi with 360cc injectors with SMC and a high flow fuel pump.

the problem lies in the fact that you have to cut a certain amount of voltage to avoid a cel and at the same time you will be cutting fuel flow. so much that I don't think there will be enough fuel for safe operation
