Will a 92-95DX tranny fit a 96CX?

Will a 92-95DX tranny fit a 96CX?
The 96 engine code is d16y7. I need a replacement tranny and I need a definite answer as to whether a 92-95 DX (or CX, VX) tranny will fit this block?
I'm 95% sure that it will, but I need to know for sure before I go pick it up.
