if i use this 02 simm, can i take my o2 sensor out, and mount it away from the exhaust, because i have a custom 3 in exhaust that doesnt have a bung for the sensor, and its throwing a cel

are you asking if you can take both sensors out or just the secondary sensor? The only one you can take out is the secondary, the primary always has to be in the exhaust stream.
