TECHS!! CEL Code 31 and 41 ????

Just wondering if any of you guys know about the CEL codes and what does the 31 and 41 code means......

I'm guessing its 41 since mines isn't a Auto...maybe its throwing it because the O2 was unplugged for a while when I was doing the Oil Pan gasket.
But just to make sure does any else have any links on this matter??
