How do I get AEM adj cam gear off??

Default How do I get AEM adj cam gear off??
Hey guys, I bought an H23 engine with these gears on it. I took out the bolt in the center holding the cam hear in. I tried to pull them out but they are not budging. How do I losen the timing belt??? Anything else I need to do to get them off??
