Default p75 ecu in use w/f22b twin cam

so i got the p75 ecu and installed it yesterday. i was previously using the stock dx accord ecu. the motor pulled pretty good with the accord ecu, then i tried the integ ecu and now it seems to be sluggish or rather didn't feel fast on the *** dyno from 2000 - 4000. it picks up really nice after that though. lol like some kind of vtec lmao. anyways what do you think could it be the a/f ratio in those rpm are not up to the motors liking? anyone local have an h23 ecu i can try out? any ideas?
