Ok.. did more research!
Avaliable sizes are 13x8 and 14x7.
The 13's weigh about 13.8 lbs.
The 14's weigh about 13.2 lbs.
All i could find was that these wheels are low offset. and no bolt patterns have been released yet

That seems kinda heavy for the size

14's are way too small, Your going to be putting so much sidewall of your tires into your turns.
bigger wheels are better for cornering. The less sidewall of your tire you put into a turn the stronger and more rigid it will be, ie- better for cornering.

yah those 13's weight as much as some 15's. but they look pretty good!
Actually you guys must not be thinking about the 195-60-14 Falken Azenis that you could mount up on those wheels.
On a 1988-1991 EF style hatch these wheels would be bad-***, but it also depends on the offset.
Slips, Sub Zeros, and especially Circuit 8 wheels stick out enough to make 195-50-15 tires scrub on the 1988-1991 Civics/CR-Xs if they are lowered even like 2''.
Again I think these wheels are bad-***.
Oh and for you weight guys the real Panasports aren't even light. They make lighter ones but they are really soft and they say not to run them on the street.
I've looked into getting the real ones and again like other wheels the real ones aren't even worth it to me.
Rota/Koenig?

The posted website says 13x6?

Well by your logic a 215-35-18 would be the best for cornering because of the ultra-short sidewall?
Tires and grip are more complicated than that. You cannot lump them all into categories by sidewall height alone, nor width, treadwear, traction, etc. ratings.
I would take a 195-60-14 Falken Azenis on the wheels pictured above over any 205-40-16 any day.
15'' wheels are pretty much ideal for the 1992-1995 Civic - anything in a 16'' will warrant a 205-40-16 which have no real performance tires in that size.
A 205-45-16 has good tires available, but those won't fit well on the 1992-1995 Civics that are lowered.
Now why are all the good sticky tires not available in a 40 series but rather the 45 series?
That would seem to go right against your theory of sidewall dictating grip.

Oh and bigger wheels are also harder to spin up and slow down - real performance guys go 15'' usually on the 1992-1995 Civics and they go 15'' or 16'' on the 1996-2000 Civics. I've not seen one god competitor on an auto cross course with 17'' wheels yet on a Civic or Integra - why is this?

I didnt know they made a 195, I thought it was all 205.

I'd love the gold or darker silver ones on my red 1990 hatch. I've already got brand new 14'' tires for it.
...But the whole point of that car is to be stock and not to draw any attention or to draw money from my 1992 hatchie.
I'm gonna find a link to a thread about the Rotas that I started a while back...
Rota also made another bad-*** looking restro wheel appprorpiately named, "Retro" yo.

in a ideal world, everyone should have one set of wheels for the street with regular street tires (dont need to be high performance) and another set for the track, which is most likely a very low treadwear high grip slick tire.
Here's that thread:

And here's another Rota wheels that's weird - the Retro:

I'd hit those faces with Duplicolor Gunmetal wheel paint and leaving the lip polished.

B18C5-EH2 prettymuch said it all, I agree completely.. nice wheels but design has been around for decades, no tto mention Rota had it for years already.
Remember though, the good news is that these wheels are 8" wide and are really the only affordable way to get a 225 or 245 Hoosier 13" autocross tire onto your civic/crx/integra. The competitive guys here use Diamond or custom 13x8 wheels and they are like $300 or more each... ouch! Not to mention Hoosiers will be almost $170 each in that size! YIKES! But you can kick serious ITR or even S2000 *** if you run that setup on a properly built civic/crx
