cable connected to the tranny to the speedometer?

what's that called and does anyone have one to sell for an automatic sohc?

Thw answer is in your topic its a speedometer cable.....I will have one as soon as I am done with my swap.

They are like 8 bucks for the inner cable, 20 bucks for the cable and outer sleeve from majestic honda, or ~30 from your local honda dealer. Just go out and buy one new, mine rusted and snapped after 187k miles.

Oh and FYI the one napa has is 42", which is about 2 times the size you need.
