Default Canadian SiR gauge cluster install (help)

just received from a fellow HT member and installed my Canadian SiR gaugle cluster on my 00 Civic DX. everything plugged right in. the two large plugs except for the yellowish/green plug. for some reason the canadian SiR cluster does not have a connector for the yellowish/ green plug. first of all what plug is that for? is it for the tach on the on the SiR cluster? cause for some reason everything is working fine except for the tach. its not working. i dont know if its the plug that is not plugged in. but i thought that plug was prolly for the SRS airbag. can someone out there help me out. really confused. i thought it was a plug and play type deal unless the canadian clusters are different. thanks in advanced.
