Did a search and found nothing. I've heard that the 88-91's have mpfi. Is this in the 4 door? and also, what kind of power do they make? Would be very pimp to drop a d16a6 in one if they dont already have it.

They are MPFI and have a D16A6 in it... its basically the SI of the 4 doors.

 

how rare are they? my mom decided that she spent waay too much money on her current car and is looking at selling it. she loves how my hatch looks but needs a 4 door, and im trying to talk her into one. also, i'd love one for my next project (i need to sell my datsun)

the 4 door civic EX is a d16a6 w/ mpfi
the 4 door civic DX is a d15b2 w/ dpfi
I don't know how many of each they built, but we see about equal quantities of both in our shop.


the 4 doors look really sweet with JDM front ends on them IMO check out HybridEF2's

i've seen the car before and fell in love with it. its very clean. what rims does he have on it? i'm lookin at gettin some old school rims like that for my hatch. not sure what i want though. maybe some bronze c8's or somethin.

thanks for the info too i've dealt with dpfi before and it sucked big time, thats why im thinkin mpfi, also, the a6's are fun to rip on

dx/lx are same engine LX just adds power everything
