which cam gears would you highly reccomend?

Default which cam gears would you highly reccomend?
as the topic says....
i can get the focuz cam sprockets for 160 both. 4 point adjustable

and the skunks for 190 both. 6 point adjustable

or if other?? just tell me...

The new STR Pro570 gears are nice. I am running them now, no problems, and easy to adjust. 5 bolts too...

aem's are not ideal because they are only three point.

too much of a chance for slippage.

it's true that AEM are only three point, but i've had em on my 1.6 for 2 years now and have been through 2 sets of cams and they haven't slipped once... i guess i'm just lucky.
