I only have 2 rims because a crub managed to jump out in front of me!

damn. How can u stand riding on 17's with that cx motor. I remember when i had a 93 cx, I put on some crx si 14's and it would struggle to hit 60. Man i hated that car.
Make it your FIRST priority to throw a more powerful engine in there, any engine who cares, just get rid of it.

Also if it were mine i would paint the drums flat black or swap in some discs. The z6 is a nice engine, also If your on a budget, just get an b18b or b20, then you can always play around with a vtec head later. And the next mod i would reccomend is an ex cluster so you got a tach

put the 2 front rims back on. i hate seeing civics with just rims in the back
