Default Have you guys seen the (kinda) new Kenwood DVD Player?

This thing looks rad. Its a CD/fm/am/TV/DVD with a TOUCHSCREEN monitor ALL-IN-ONE!! I soooo want one of these. I think that It's gonna be my next purchase. The price is about right. You can find them for around $2400.

I could go with the Alpine unit(s), but its just not as cost or space efficient. The Alpine monitor retails for around $1400, and the DVD player retails for about the same. The two Alpine units take up a total of 2 din spaces, and the Kenwood is a single din unit, AND they will be releasing a center channel speaker that will mount in your lower din.

This is one hell of a deal, if you can find one . . .

The KVT910DVD is such a phat piece and they are very scarce. Recently there were only 75 units on the East Coast and on New England based chain had 4. For $2400 it's pretty sweet, with a clean output section. Kenwood is offering a new DVD based navigation system which will make it better than an Alpine IVAC800, DVD5205 and N851 combo.
