engine bore over

im getting my d16 rebuilt next month and was wondering if anybody could tell me how much i can bore it over and what other modifications should be done to make it perform the best----thanks

i was thinkin about maybe droppin a skunk2 stage 3 cam-somebody told me that it was a pretty good cam.
