Improving 88 CRX Front Handling??
I have a 88 CRX DX and when going over several bumps on the highway, i notice the front rattles a bit. Its lowered and have aftermarket shocks and coilovers, therefore it is also lowered.
I plan on making this car a street/strip car. Are there things i can change or add to my front suspension to handle better?
The rear suspension is great however

i have:
tokico (old came with car) shocks
coilovers
upper strut bars (front and back)
just got my car aligned today also, to fix any camber

that is because when you are hitting bumps, the weight is "removed" by the force of hitting the bump and pitching the car in the air. not to say the tires are coming off the ground, because you would either have to be going really fast or hit a big bump, but you are having the weight momentarily taken away. if the tokico's are illumina 5 ways, i would suggest a 2 or 3 setting on the street, 5 on a track. my old setup was some sprint coilovers and tokico 5 ways, they could easily out handle what my tires were capable of, and that is how i came up with my screen name.

A quality aftermarket cross-member can do wonders for a loose feeling front end. Z-10 and the new Jim Fab cross members are very high quality. My z-10 made a big difference in the feel of the car.
the tokicos arent adjustable damnit.
but if i were to have adjustables all around, how should the front stiffness compare to the back stiffness? should be be set at the same? or different?
i use the crossmember as my front jacking point. If i change that, then can i still use the aftermarket one as my jacking point?

What your rattling problem is, is your balljoints and or wheel bearings, probably control arm bushings, link kits all of those things will be worn. You should take a good look, check to see what needs to be done and do it. Very important part of handling.
