I got a 14.878@94 and couldnt get back into the 14s for two hours!!! It was a consistant 15.0XX then i was just about to leave and decided to run two more times then i pulled 14.880@95 and 14.976@96. I am not the best driver in the world (as you can tell) but its better than what I pulled in my Celica GTS. lol Anyways I launched between 4-5k. I got my **** handed to me all night by a GSR with a stage 3 clutch, I/H/E and sticky tires. BTW all i have is a injen SRI. Any launching tips would be helpful

 

Just practice and you will get better, btw did you drop the psi in the tires?

 

nah i wanted to run the same psi as i do on the street...practice makes perfect I guess.

 

thats cool... but you shouldve also dropped your psi to get your best time. sometimes those give you bragging rights.

try launching around 3500 rpms next time. 4000-5000 rpms might be too high... giving you wheel spin.
