OK I have a question for you all, how in the hell can you get the heater controls out of a CRX without cracking it by the temp switch?? Mine was cracked a little so I went to the junk yard to pick up a new one well first I had to break out some stupid metal support that ran from side to side just to get the controls to move once I did all that I disconnected all the connectors and tried to get the 2 wire cables detached from the controls which was a pain. I twisted the controls a little to get access to the screws to just leave the one piece in the car but when i twisted it it just cracked same damn place as mine!! So how is the best way to get them out?? Thanks ahead of time.

 

So no one knows the best way to take it out without cracking it? what about taking of the heater control cables? Best way to do it?
