Si grill installation
take off the bumper, then take off the grille, replace with si grille, then put bumper back on.
1. Pull out the motor and tranny.
2. Use a cutting torch to remove the front steel members.
3. Now you can remove and replace your old grill with the Si one without taking off your bumper.
4. Weld member back in place.
5. Add motor and tranny and your ready to go.
Don't ask why I bothered to do this, I'm bored.

Sure you can do it this way, but I would do this:
1. Pull out the motor and tranny.
2. Use a cutting torch to remove the front steel members.
