Si grill installation

Default Si grill installation

I know this may sound like a dumb question, but I am looking for 99-00 black oem Si grill, but when i do find one, i just want to know how to put it on.

last time i took mine off, i believe there were just screws that you remove to get it off the bumper.

take off the bumper, then take off the grille, replace with si grille, then put bumper back on.

take off the bumper, then take off the grille, replace with si grille, then put bumper back on.
Sure you can do it this way, but I would do this:
1. Pull out the motor and tranny.
2. Use a cutting torch to remove the front steel members.
3. Now you can remove and replace your old grill with the Si one without taking off your bumper.
4. Weld member back in place.
5. Add motor and tranny and your ready to go.

Don't ask why I bothered to do this, I'm bored.
