Default o2 bungs? Wideband vs Standard Honda

Is there any difference between the o2 for a stock oxygen sensor on a honda versus the o2 bung they use for a wideband 02 on the dyno?

stock only reads two values rich or lean, with a wideband it gives you the actual a/f ratios like 12.1, 12.3. 13.1 etc.
Way more accurate.

I am 99% sure they are all the same. I can't think of any O2 sensors that use different threads except for some Nissan's
