My wife has a 94 civic lx SOHC non-vtec motor and i wanna get here a good performance cam for her birthday or christmas but i'm not sure which one makes the biggest power gain.... Her car right now has a bullfrog head, intake, cam gear, and exaust that's about it.... oh and what should we set the cam gear to.... thanks
u have the full gude package? if so it came with a cam already matched to the package. if not just give gude a call and they can get u a cam that is matched to their package. also exospeed makes a cam thats pretty good for the non-vtec d-series, their website is http://www.exospeed.com .

All we have is the head and valve train.... We didn't get the cam.... thanks for the web site tho
The D16A6 cam- from a CRX Si fits in and is supposed to produce some good power. And it's easy to come by and relatively cheap. And another plus...OEM!

Yeah I'm doing this for my wife's civic. She's into the import racing scene too. I, myself have a 92 civic hatch..... JDM B16 under pressure
... And it's fun. It get's up to 130-140 really quick....
