Default Anyone can help me on exhaust naming?

I have a hard time identifying which part is which.
I hear people saying they are selling their exhaust and the axleback or the catback or the bpipe
So which part is which going in order for a typical civic.

and is there a part below that is included in one of the other sections below? ( like is catilytic convertor included in a catback?)
I think there are too meany sections here, so help me
1. engine
2. header/exhaust manifold
3. bpipe
4. catilytic convertor
5. catback
6. midpipe
7. axelback
8. muffler

Is muffler and axleback the same thing? what is the name of the end part, which the tip is attached to.

Please correct me, I know I am wrong

Cat-back is anything from the cat to the muffler
axle-back is the rear section from B-pipe
B-pipe is the section from CAT to the axle back
you see where i'm going with this....

Holy cow, this took me forever to get up, heh.

The A-pipe on here is the bottom half (on the stock exhaust anyways) of what most people usually call the header, just so ya know. The top half of that is what bolts up to your engine.
