Why is a cat so hard to find!??!?!?!?
I have been looking all over for a STOCK cat for my car. I bought mine without one and it seems that no one gets rid of them.. Whats up with that? Is there no one on here that replace their cat with a high-flow that is interested in selling the old one!??!?!?
Please help, I need to quiet my car soon!

You are basically up against a law that prohibits the sale of used catalytic convertors. Now it is not that people are afraid of getting caught for selling one to a private party. But rather people want to have a spare just in case they cannot pass with their high flow cat. And since people know they can't just pick one up at a salvage ayrd, they keep theirs.
why is there a law that prohibits that? i had no idea there was one. anyways for odd-ball stuff like this i usually check out ebay often. people are always tryin to get rid of stock tail lights, exhaust, intakes, etc.
Forget that law.. if i dont find one soon I'm gonna go to the junk yard and unbolt one and toss it over the fence.. I can't afford to spend $100 on a part I don't even want on my car
