I just got a used turbo the other day. It has shaft play and I was wondering how much play is to much. The fins seem to be in decent shape. I am going to rebuild it eventually, I was just wondering how much is too much.

bump: Any rough ideas, the shaft seems to move quite a bit. almost to the point where it wont spin anymore????
