sap got all over my car!!!
i had to park my car outside for one day and the next day i woke up....there was at least 10 sap drops on my car....as i washing my car these stuff dont come off that easy. can anyone give me a way to get rid of sap easily? thanks
Sorry man but that crap doesnt come off. It eats through the damn clear coat. Someone might know something but as far as I know of, it doesnt come off. I avoid trees like the plague.
Finger nail polish remover - Wipe sap really lightly with this and wax immediately after. I've had to do this a few times, but I have so much wax on the car, it doesnt have a chance to hit the clearcoat.
Goo - Gone - Same direction as above.
Cleaner wax - Be patient and rub the wax on the sap in circles adding elbow grease as you go.
I use method one, it takes about 5 seconds. Ive been doing it on peoples cars for years with no Fading, or loss of clear coat. Just have to be very careful.

hth,
i have a big pine tree over my driveway. certain time of the year all kinds of sap falls off it. goo gone works good...especially if the sap is not really thick. it takes some rubbing though.
