valve spring help?

Default valve spring help?

anyone know if putting in valve springs are hard? what do i need to know before i replace them?

shouldnt be very hard. youll need a helms, a torque wrench, this special bar that has like 2 dimples in it to push down the springs (doesnt look too expensive), half a brain in ur head. so basicly if you installed you engine the springs should be a peice of cake

I was recently given two Valve Trains
One is V-Tec
One is LS

I'm trying to figure out the year of the trains but have no idea how. both do not have distributors. I was told to look up the "Pr-"
But that is no help to me.
